Patrick was great! He called me to give a 20 minute heads up that he was on his way to our appointment and showed up on time. Patrick was friendly and knowledgeable and took my concerns about where and what we were going to treat seriously. He made sure all of my issues were addressed and went above and beyond to ask about kids and pets, and offered additional services, as well as educating me on pests to look out for this year.
