Justin did a great job today. He is very knowledgeable. We are very pleased.

Had the pleasure of meeting Casey today before he started my February inspection and treatment. He was very diligent in making sure if I had any issues that needed his attention today. He also told me that if anything should come up between treatments to let them know. I do have pesky ants on my paver patio and walks. Sometimes the initial treatment doesn't stop them. Midwest Pest always come back out to retreat if I call them. I love working with such a concerned with customer satisfaction small business. They do truly care about their job performance.

We've been with Midwest for a few years now. Great service. Office staff is well informed as well, able to answer questions when texted in or over the phone. Flexibility in their scheduling as well has been helpful for us over the years.
