We have been using Midwest Pest since we moved into our home in March. They have been fantastic to work with and they cater to all our needs! Patrick has been awesome to work with when he services our home. He explains everything in detail as well as gives us updates on how our property looks bug-wise and what to look out for seasonally.

Gabe and Isaac did a great job tackling my hornet nests underground. Hopefully this takes care of them... I don't need to get stung again! Extremely friendly and professional. Also wanted to mention that when I submitted my issue through the website, I almost immediately got a call from Ken whose excitement about dealing with the situation and great attitude sealed the deal for me to work with them. I also signed up for a 12 month contract covering most other insects and rodents.

My Technician, Teddy, was fantastic! He was thorough and patient as I explained my pest issues and showed him around my home. Today was the first treatment of a bi-monthly service pack. I like the price I’m paying and I’ve every interaction I’ve had with this company so far!
