Tech was great, but as I was seeing wolf spiders outside that I had not seen before the treatment, I was upset. Having had eye surgery, I had not read all the information, so I didn't realize that oftentimes happened initially as bugs flee.I complained and was promptly called & kindly educated to what I had not read.
The gentleman on the phone was quite pleasant and helpful, even understanding and encouraging toward the issue of my post-op vision concerns!
This is a family company, I was told, and I can attest that the customer comes first!
