Midwest Pest Control has been great to work with. When I first called they asked exactly what our concerns were inside and outside. They explained their process. We appreciate that they always text us that they are coming since we have a dog. Their technician will ask if we have any changes or concerns before the visit and when he arrives. Mark was our technician this visit and the prior visit. He did a wonderful job and was very thorough.

They were also very helpful on answering questions thoroughly, and great at being able to come give treatment to our house the same day we called!
