I'm completely impressed with this company and their responsiveness to our call and followup. I was visiting a family member when we first saw the bugs. We called them, and they put us on the list immediately. Because of our concern they suggest a 30 day followup visit and reassess from there. I love the proactive plan of action. They come highly recommended so I have no doubt the treatment will be successful.
