Wow! Justin was so professional! It was pretty great to see a young person be so professional, well spoken and knowledgeable about his job (which seems to be kind of rare these days). I appreciated how courteous he was and that he stopped to answer questions and then even notified me that he'd be outside in his vehicle for a few minutes after he completed the service to do his paperwork, etc. What a pleasant service person and I'm happy with the bug control too.
