I had my quarterly service application about three weeks ago. A couple days ago, on a warm day, I noticed wasps were flying around my house again. The tech, Joe, showed up on time and re-treated the two areas where I had seen the wasps. He also surveyed the rest of the house to see if there was any other activity. Joe is courteous and friendly.

I reached out to Midwest Pest Solutions after finding wasps inside our home. Prior to them coming out, they recommended us check our air vents. Turns out there were several nests in there.

I made an appointment for them to come out to do a full treatment of our home. Casey came out today to treat both the interior and exterior.

He was efficient and very thorough in explaining his services, along with what to expect going forward. Highly recommend!
