Midwest is always professional and accommodating. We like that we receive a reminder ahead of time and we can change the schedule around as needed and we get a picture of the tech that will be performing our service. When they arrive they ring the door bell and confirm the service and ask if we have any concerns before they get started. Once the service is complete they’re off until the next time. We’ve used them for a couple years now and it has helped keep ants out and away from the house.

This was my first time using Midwest Pest Control. Ryan who contacted me from their office was professional over the phone and was able to get me on the schedule the next day due to wasp attacking my hubby and dog. Ricky was my technician and he was very professional and friendly. He made sure to locate the wasp, removed the nests and applied treatment all around the outside of my house and deck. I’m glad I decided to move forward with their services.

They always do a great job. Had a lot of earwigs around our house when we first moved in and they took care of that problem for us. Gabe made sure to help with the spiders as well.
