Had a great first experience all around - Chrissy was wonderful over the phone with setting up the service and explaining how everything works. She even helped me get some money off with a first time customer coupon. Patrick, the technician, was also great! He communicated everything very clearly - as to when he was on his way, how the products worked, and what I would need to do to as a follow up. I received a detailed summary via email shortly after the service too. I would/will recommend Midwest Pest to anyone who needs this kind of service!
